Our Story

In 2019, there was something curious about Singapore’s F&B scene.Everywhere you looked, there were burgers, sandwiches and even bagels — well made, but everywhere.Yet one thing felt strangely absent – Hotdogs.Not the ordinary kind, but hotdogs that were thoughtfully crafted, generously filled, and treated with the same care as any gourmet sandwich. That observation sparked a simple idea — to create fancy, Gourmet Hotdog Subs, done properly.With several months of R&D and menu conceptualizing, the brand and style of SUPER SUB was born!In order to make the space feel familiar and just a little unexpected, an unconventional choice was made — pairing our Hotdog Subs with Traditional Kopi and Teh, alongside house-made Honey Drinks. It was about comfort. Food and drinks that felt close to home.Blessed with the right opportunity and timing, SUPER SUB landed it’s first outlet in the bustling B1 mezzanine of Suntec City, Singapore in September 2019.That unique pairing resonated. Customers returned, brought friends, and slowly became regulars. Over time, a community was formed!Today, SUPER SUB continues to serve quality artisanal Hotdog Subs alongside classic Kopi and Teh, staying true to the original idea – Great food, familiar comforts, and good folks.

Our Chicken Hotdogs

We believe a great hotdog begins with respect for the ingredients. That’s why our chicken sausages are custom-made exclusively for us, using one of the highest chicken content formulations available. We use premium-grade chicken, carefully selected for its quality, texture, and clean taste — never bulked up with unnecessary fillers.Each sausage is produced locally in Singapore, in a facility that adheres to strict food safety and quality standards. Keeping production close allows us to maintain consistency, freshness, and full accountability in every batch.We are heartened to mention that our chicken sausages are made with minimal preservatives, focusing on proper technique, thoughtful seasoning, and balance. The result is a hotdog that’s more refined, without sacrificing satisfaction.It’s our way of rethinking the hotdog — familiar, comforting and made for people who care about what they eat.
